RECENTLY, MUCH HAS BEEN SAID about the reports regarding "Blue Zones" the communities where many are living much longer than the rest of the world. Charts and graphs have illustrated the many studies that have been done over the years but one thing remains the same, SOCIALIZING is at the top! So, invite the neighbors over, have dinner at your house after church, cocktails on the porch or start a supper club.... it's all part of making our journey as well. as those around us a little better AND perhaps a whole lot LONGER!!!☺️
