The Rest that comes from Memorable Sunday Moments

SUNDAYS ARE SPECIAL as they should be, but it's not always easy to devote them to a day of rest. As anyone ever incharge of getting small children ready for church knows, it is ANYTHING but restful!! However devoting the day to JOY and PEACE and consciously embracing all the unexpected wonders around us, I found can produce the rest needed to restore for the week ahead within us. So this afternoon  with both of my adult Sons, I found us cutting flowers in the HH Gardens for their Wife and Wife to be at THEIR request! An overwhelming unexpected JOY of family, faith, fellowship and Love that will replenish and restore strength every time I recall this afternoon. A Gift from God and this Dwelling Place of His far greater than a nap☺️
